Beef N Shitake Mushroom

This is my first Shitake dish! Couple days ago I went to a supermarket and find shitake mushroom. I heard that this kind of mushroom is widely use in culinary, so I thought I may have a shot on it.

Searching some shitake recipes makes me confused, what should I do? Until I find this recipe, it’s easy and looks tasty. And yes it is! With some modifications, this is the recipe :

• 1 tofu, cut square, fry
• 3 tbs of olive oil
• 1 medium size of onion
• 3 garlic, minced
• 250 gr of beef, slice thin
• 1/2 green paprika, cut square shaped
• 1/2 red paprika, cut square shaped
• 8 shiitake mushroom
• 2 small size carrots, cut square shaped
• 3 tbs of oyster sauce
• 1 tea spoon of salty soy sauce
• 500 ml of water
• salt, sugar, ground white & black pepper as it needed

How to cook :
1. Stir-fry garlic and onions with olive oil
2. Add meat, stir fry until its color changed
3. Add water, salty soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, salt and sugar, cook in low heat until the meat became tender
4. Add carrot, shiitake mushroom, paprika, and tofu. Cook for 5 mins
5. Serve it

Aaand… Voila! This is the appearance! *sorry if its not as beautiful as resto dish* :p
